Processing Time

Order Cutoff Time: 6:00 PM (EST) | Monday – Friday

After confirming your order, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed, excluding weekends.

Orders placed on weekends and/or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Time

After your order is processed, it will be transferred to our shipping carrier. Your order will take 7 – 15 business days to reach you. During holidays or order overload, natural disasters or security issues, orders may take a few more days, please wait.

We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

To meet your needs, we may choose different shipping methods and shipping carriers depending on your location and the size of the item you purchase.

Shipping Costs

Our standard shipping cost is $6.99 per order. This fee will be charged with your order and is non-refundable

Track Your Order

You will receive a confirmation email or text message with a tracking number and a link to track your package. To track your package, you can visit our tracking page. If you are unsure of your number, please check our shipping confirmation email.

Error Receiving Information

If your order has shipped and you discover that you have entered incorrect shipping information, please contact us immediately so that the order can be processed. However, in some cases, an order cannot reach your address due to incorrect information you provided, we are not responsible for this package.
